KeyPair Infra is a studio whose work is its own products — crypto & AI software built and operated on the edge, with explainability as a design principle.
The studio exists because most software doesn't fail in the demo — it fails later, in production, under real users and real load. The teams that understand that are the ones that stay around to run what they build. That's the studio we set out to be: we don't hand off prototypes; we run what we ship.

We build our own products and run them in production, every day.
TRONORIGIN traces where a TRON address's funds and control originate. Its heuristic engine shows its work by design: every signal behind a conclusion is surfaced, so the result is auditable rather than a black-box score — and the whole system runs on public, on-chain data.
8bit Token Pit is a retro arcade brawler where Solana tokens fight it out, driven by a live market price feed and installable as a PWA.
Both are live. We designed them, built them, and operate them — design, engineering, and ops — which is why we know what survives contact with real users.
How we work
End to end — architecture, product, and edge deployment. Our work is crypto and AI software: on-chain apps and analytics, LLM-powered features, and the systems that keep them running.
Our systems are edge-first: static where possible, dynamic where it counts, deployed globally. Explainability is a design principle, not a feature checkbox — auditable AI, heuristics that show their work, conclusions a human can check.
We favor durable, scalable engineering over throwaway prototypes.
